Blu's Bagels started with a simple idea: real bagels, made from scratch, with nothing to hide. Right here in East Lansing, we boil and bake every batch by hand, small enough to care about every single one.
No shortcuts, no preservatives. Just flour, water, malt, and a whole lot of heart. Every bagel is kettle-boiled before it hits the oven, giving it that signature chewy crust and dense, satisfying interior that sets a real bagel apart from the rest.
Each week we craft a rotating menu of classic and creative flavors, from timeless everything bagels loaded with sesame and poppy seeds to seasonal specials you won't find anywhere else in Mid-Michigan. We source quality ingredients and keep our batches small so every bagel gets the attention it deserves.
